Client Approval & Selection Process

Client Input & Amendments We review the construction drawings, specifications, and quote with you. This is your opportunity to request any final changes or adjustments before we proceed to the contract stage.
Contract & Deposit
Once you're fully satisfied, we prepare the formal building contract. Upon signing and receipt of the deposit, we're ready to move forward with the official planning and construction phases.
Council Submission of Plans
